Accommodation:
The cattery is very well ventilated which is important in warm weather. Light levels are good and cats have views to the outside world. Our pens can accommodate one or two cats from the same family who can share their holidays together!
The pens have separate sleeping quarters with heated pad and blankets for their comfort but if you would like to bring in your cats favourite bedding for familiarity please feel free to do so. Scratching posts are provided but their toys can be brought in for them. Cats can be brushed as required and certainly petted and pampered while the unit is being cleaned. Medication, if required, will be administered as instructed by your vet. Please note, we do not administer injected medication.
Health:
Cats must be fully vaccinated and we do not take un-neutered adult male cats. Please also regularly treat your pet for fleas. Vaccination certificates must be provided on the day of arrival.
We do not board FIV, FCV or cat flu carrier cats. We are unable to board insulin dependant cats or cats fed a raw food diet.
Your cat will be fed twice daily with the most popular branded tinned or dried food being provided. Prescription diets from your vet for any condition will need to be provided by the cat’s owner. All food requirements will be asked for at the time of booking in so please make us aware of any special needs.
We encourage owners to visit us and inspect the cattery to be sure their pet will be left in safe hands. Bookings will be taken by calling 01795 842292, on occasions an answer phone is used so please leave a contact number and we will ring you back as soon as possible. Early booking is advisable for the school holidays. Deposits may be requested before the booking is confirmed. Payment is taken on the day of collection by cash or bank transfer. Early departures may be charged for.
